For someone staying mostly in Marriott/SPG hotels in Asia, it’s quite a shock how rundown and substandard the rooms in the US are. Any 3-star hotel in China feels mir luxurious for half the price.

Food isn’t the best... stunning views of the skyline! Noisy hotel where lots of construction going on. Bad review due a total mix up with my room service so not a great lasting impression

With a single pane of glass that heliport across the Hudson is a lot louder than you'd think but the view is amazing

Hotel is great but room service sucks and they don't allow returning guest to leave your bag over the weekend which is inconvenient for frequent travelers. Thank God a lot of restaurants deliver here
