Noisy, poorly kept hotel that has its best days behind it. Ask for the highest floor available to get a renovated room. Elevators are antiquated and slow. Affordable.

A 3-star at best, not 4-star. Spacious room, great location. Front desk too busy with their personal conversations. No coffee maker or bottled water in room, can use a more detailed cleaning

Very close to times square, shopping - great restaurant recommendations from the front desk. The concierge, Evette is AMAZING!!! Great advice and how to get the most out of our trip. She is a gem.

Definitely overpriced for the holiday. It is a convenient location, if you are fond of walking as we are. This is an old building with typical old building issues: radiator heating, drafty rooms.
