Do not try to return before Christmas. Standing in line with 7 others while one employee does refunds, one manager on her phone, and three working on layaway for one customer. Really?

Lowest prices ever!!!!! It is always pretty busy though, And some creepy people are there during the late afternoon and night... but shop there! Long story short: Pros-low prices Cons-very busy... :)
