Decent location for light shopping needs. Small town malls like this are dying fast but theShops@Ithaca's management are always trying fun new things to keep people coming back.

When you think of a mall, you think of going shopping and having fun... But this place is nearly ALWAYS empty, minus a few other souls.... It's more depressing than anything else . :(
