A RARE FEW of these employees know what they are doing. I always find that management is to blame in these situations and they hire FRIENDS instead of intelligent service. Go to Fashion Valley or UTC

Carlsbad Apple says their busiest day is Monday. Mondays are much busier than Saturdays or Sundays. Holidays are normally slow. Today is an exception, as the store is packed. Avoid Monday if possible!

Made appt online At Apple Genius Bar. Wide choice of appt. times and dates. No wait at store. No line. Phone fixed! All in under 1-hour from start to finish.
