Automatic book return: waiting in line to return one book while watching a six-year old return 39 story-time books one by one is great fun!

There's a really spacious 'teens' lounge section that's a great and quiet place to do work or study. Seats aren't the most comfortable, though.

Lots of power outlets, but the chairs are not terribly comfortable. Small round arm rests make it impossible to actually rest your arms comfortably.
