The Cineworld unlimited card is great. But the cinema is run down, the toilets stink and the staff are mostly rude and useless. Needs a facelift.

Multiplex on the edge of Bradford city centre. Has a reasonably well priced car park underneath & usually offers a good selection of films & showings.

Possibly the worst customer service going. Never have so many done so little so slowly. Getting food takes so long, food regularly not available - especially hot dogs. ☹️

Seats are weird - the seat springs up in your legs unless u slouch! AND parking is only free after 6:30pm

I have an unlimited card and my pre booked tickets didn't print but the staff were so helpful and got me through to the right screen....minimum fuss :) Great customer service!

Parking is free but you have to get your ticket stamped when buying the movie ticket....but only after 630pm ?!?!
