Great pub but. Gets very busy at the weekend with weddings and functions book your table early to avoid not getting a meal

Good pub grub for an everyday meal. You won't leave hungry! If your looking for ambience then try somewhere else. The gilbenbank (ex snooty fox) is always busy. Book ahead for a table at the weekend

Try the lunch menu - decent food and a good price. Also good for decent (and cheap) morning coffee!
