Air-conditioning is pathetic. (Managed to get only a mere 31decC at midnight). Service is slow and staff is not helpful. I regretted staying here.. this place used to be better..

everything is fine, coffee shop able to cook for vegan as requested, live band is nice. but someone smoking at the non-smoking area, some air-con is not cool, and hot water provided seem to be upgrade

From Malaysia. Comfortable 3 star hotel with complimentary coffee, tea and two bottles of water. Toiletries and towel is provided. 5 years experience of massage therapist is available on charges.

Everywhere is smoking floor, lift constantly full, noise everywhere from the street to the karaoke at M floor
