I booked a meeting at this hotel 1/2/2018 for a class in October. I cancelled in March. They never asked for any details about my event. They still charged me. THEY had no record of my cancellation.

Very clean. Rooms are quite large with microwave and refrigerator. Excellent location for events on the East side of Louisville.

Tom at the front desk is more than helpful and very professional! Go next door to Fiesta Time very good! Or shogun for sushi!! I stay here alot.
