"Run away" if they offer you an "upgrade" to the Hospitality Suite room. Murphy bed (yeah, that's still a thing...); brownish water pooling in the tub...not warm or welcoming space.

Best place to stay if TDY to DHHQ. You can walk there. Take Fairview Park entrance and avoid Arlington.

I stayed at this hotel, because my companies office is pretty much across the road. Because they have a captive business market they seem to have become lazy.

Friendly staff. Decent reception, pool and gym. The room is ok, clean and spacious. Not a great buck for the buck.
