No ice. No extra towels. The pool is a shared public one with the most disgusting locker rooms you have ever seen. My electronic key had to be reactivated after each use. Nasty!

customer service is horrible. we had to threaten not coming back in order to get a roll a way bed, towels, and a working fridge. also only one puny bathroom in master suite

They have 2 bedrooms/2 bathroom suites with jacuzzi tubs. Ask for an upgrade!
