The conditions from the room are very austere - only one towel, no hair dryer, the room needed a good retrofit. The breakfast was amazing though, the Lluvia restaurant is good.

Lovely hotel seconds away from the main square. Get a corner room facing the city you'll get a great view of Puno. Downsides: the thin windows made for very cold nights, and the wifi is spotty.
