No soundproofing, you can hear any sound through the entire building.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Free breakfast, computers are there to use and it is fairly quiet. The staff is super friendly and it is near subway and JR rail line.

Tatami rooms are on 4th flr and dorm rooms are on the lower levels. Free breakfast and friendly staff.

Everything's good, but it's better to avoid staying in the 4th floor, there is the common room which stays open with the tv turned on until midnight, and it's no good thing if you want to sleep
