I would say that Borderlands is best place to go for safe white water rafting with a ton of adventurous canyoning. Extremely friendly and well trained staff. Luxury camping at it's best!

Go White water rafting and canyoning down the kelani river. It's safe but craaazy. Rafting is relatively safe for everyone but canoyoning is for the stout fellas only.
