Quite an inhospitable place if you're trying to recover from a long and excruciating birth process. Rm 12 is especially loud, right next to reception and access doors.

Great staff and great doctors! Everyone really cares about patient needs. A few people want to ruin your day with a bad attitude. They're usually the ones answering the phones and opening the doors.

bathrooms in the main lobby are usually pretty gross, and late afternoon they'll stop stocking the toilet paper. you'll have better luck on a different floor
