Service is still slow. Takes forever to get acknowledged. Drink refills never happen. Is there someone with some authority managing this location?

Ask for the royal burger its a favorite of many! They just changed it this month so ask for it the old way as the egg is not cooked the same. Not sure why people messed with such a great thing!

First time here. I was surprised. The burger I had was very good. I knew the name from the commercials and the jingle, but the commercials do not match the atmosphere or the food. I would come back
