Called in a "to go" order @ 5:45.....hmmmmmmmm, how come the pizza wasn't ready till 8pm???

Pizza Hut is crazy to tell you your pick up pizza is ready in 30min then they make you wait 20-30 minutes in thier lobby waiting for your pizza!!
