Sat right away in the bar. Middle of lunch lull. Was not busy at all. I was not offered a refill on my drink once in the hour I was in there.

This was by far the worst Chili's I've ever been too. The service was horrible and the food wasn't impressive by any means.

Terrible service, waited over 20 minutes on Easter Sunday at 2pm with at least 10 tables open. can't understand why.
