Been here over 4X and So far I've had great service. I avoid going during lunch hours 12-1pm too crazy. No writes a review when the service was great only when something went wrong lol

Really dirty, salsa bar is especially a mess. Add super slow service and you're better off at Chipotle for the price.

For drive-thru, if you say no salsa, they give you like 6. If you ask for salsa, you get none. Plan accordingly.

this place needs new management, other el pollo loco's aren't as bad as this... they're doing the same thing, they have for years, that the local kfc did before it shutdown

Horrible service!!!! The tip is right, they get my order wrong every single time! They take FOREVER! Been in drive thru for 20 minutes! Awful service!
