I don't understand why you can't get simple orders correct. It's your sole business to deliver the food that's ordered. Why is that so hard for this location?

Horrible service. Missing food from the order, no Kids Meal boxes, only generic bags. Then, or course, discover no straws in the bag as we hit the HWY. We won't return.
