I'm at the "inquiry/pick-ups" window, empasis on inquiry. The woman at the window, whose job is to listen, is at the window with RED earbuds on...what a joke.

Very very bad service at this post office. Lines are as long as can be yet still the workers hardly give two ****s. This is the line to pick up and it stretches to the entrance door

The worst post office in the Bronx. The manger is rude and does not know how to speak to customers. They lost my package and would not take responsibility for their neglect. Just horrible!!!
