I've never encountered a more rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant person as the owner of this store, Nevine Ayad. She's the antithesis of friendly customer service. Avoid this horrible person.

The store is on the corner of fair oaks and California right next door to Starbucks and boston market. Google has incorrect information on their website.

Did you know UPS Stores will take your returned AT&T UVERSE stuff and shp it to them for free? I did this at this location!
