Nice waiting area with free coffee and pastries. When picking up your vehicle they have streamlined the payment process and you can now pay with a card at their desk versus only at the cashier.

The work is sound and efficient, but inter-departmental communication is bad, upselling is aggressive outside of the garage, and slimy buyback pitches while you're waiting in the lobby? No thanks.
