Beautiful designed subway 🚇 station. Light art installation called Dome of Light with light shows through out the day. I think the last one is at 8pm.

高雄捷運紅線と橘線の乗換え駅。駅名の由来は民主化運動。コンコースの美しいステンドグラスは有名です。Junction of KMRT Red Line and Orange Line. Origin of station name is democratic movement. The Dome of Light is famous for it's stained glass.

유명하다고 해서 가봤는데 그냥 야시장 온 김에 들리는 정도가 좋을 듯. 일부러 방문할 필요는 없다.

駅名は中山路の高雄車站 - 新光路 (捷運紅線では高雄車站 - 三多商圈站区間に相当) の区間に対して付けられた名前「美麗島大道」に由来。日本統治時代の中山路は「昭和通り」だった。
