What can I say, it's a DC Metro stop so service can be unreliable or delayed at times. It is also an open air stop, although it does have a roof, but wind and heavy rain will get you!

There is parking sort of near the station on weekdays around commonwealth avenue but it is a 13 minute walk. On weekends lots of street parking available closer.

If arriving from the north, last door on the fourth car or first door on the fifth (best) puts you right at the escalator.

Getting on at the elevator puts you off right at the escalator at the Chinatown station.
