Outdated (wallpaper peeling off and furniture cracked) and filthy (look at those stains on the curtains!!!) motel room in a "4 star" hotel for 560CAD for 2 nights!!! Very disrespectful staff.

Rooms are ok. At least the wifi works. Don't pay extra for the Falls view upgrade. It's not that serious. The falls are right outside go for the walk.

The beds are extremely hard, there were no extra blankets in winter, & the staff was beyond rude but at least the view was nice from the 10th floor.

Save $15 a day & park at the casino lot right next door to Applebee's! You can park there as long as you want! Pay $5 to leave! Or sign up for casino free PAC card, park free if you gamble for the day
