Very Wonderful customer service from a redcap Here. Felt very comfortable and respected. Phyllis did a wonderful job, assisting and was able to get her husband who works at the airport to help me out!

Tix $6 to New Carrollton 3/2019. Get off the plane, follow signs to ground transportation, free shuttle to MARC station, buy ticket at kiosk, cross over tracks on pedestrian walkway, catch the train!

Seriously, the station is in need of a MAJOR upgrade. Dirty, muggy, no wi-fi, small snack stand. I should have eaten at the airport. Staff was helpful, though...
