This place is swarming with people asking for money. I avoid it because I'm tired of hearing the same "sad" story from the same people everyday and them not realizing they've already used it on me.

Becareful about going at night, for some reason they can't (won't) serve food. Their system is unreliable. Also their customer service is by far the worst I've encountered.
