The Hobart city council should build an enclosed fenced up area of some sort just for the bogans to wait for their bus. Like some sort of processing center.

One of Hobart's prime tourist attractions. It is rumoured that one can get on, or off, a bus. Famed as the Hobart core of the ancient and mysterious (and often considered mythical) Metro Tasmania.
