It’s 3:45am. I have 13hrs to kill due to delays. I'm a mess & smell revolting after 40hrs of transit since leaving MSP. Staff denied to let me stow my bags or give me meal vouchers. This is fun.

January 2016 update: an new/additional terminal is currently under construction, and there is now a microwave for use if you want to heat up a snack or a burrito.

They have a restaurant where you can get hot food. It's enough to keep you alive.

Please train your agents on boarding procedures. Makes no sense to line us up, just to ask us to get out of line. If the bus is late, let patrons know! Customer service...work on it.
