Worst airline ever! If you call customer service when your flight gets cancelled, plan on a hour on hold and you can speak to someone in India with very poor English. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worst Airline ever! They charge $50 for a CARRY ON! EACH WAY! Or $25 for checked bags. Not oversized. They also charge $15 to change a seat. The Airbuses they use are tiny. Don't believe me? Try em.

Delays going to and coming from :-( But more seat space than Delta. Plus you can pay to watch TV for $4. Oh and no free snacks.
