The car park is like an obstacle course, unlike Robina or the Pines, there is no indication that the car parks are full so there is a never ending parade of desperate drivers driving around in circles

Not sure about what the City Savers card provides by way of discounts. Seems to be more an exercise in obtaining email address for direct marketing than providing savings.
