Very strong '80s/'90s vibes, but with modern-day sparsity of customers. Lots of empty storefronts, but for now the selection of stores is still pretty good (VS, Bath & Body Works, H&M, Torrid . . .).

Flip and peel has some of the best food in college station, and definitely in the mall!! Soooo good!

They did a lot if redecorating and they took they play ace out of the food court. My daughter was disappointed.
