Catch a taxi outside Target by the elevators. Beware of ppl with private cars offering rides outside BJs. Also it's safer to walk on River Ave to get to stores instead of across pkng lot.

"Youths" launch shopping carts over balconies and down escalators, aiming for people. Inadequate fencing at balconies and no security at tops of escalators. Security tries to hide incidents.

The food is all the way on the opposite side so don't shop before eating or you will be upset.
