I highly recommend avoiding their new truck rental program. The paperwork is beyond burdensome and they will charge outrageous per mile charges without telling you what they are. Avoid.

If you plan to rent a truck or van, bring a book to read while you wait. It reminds me of renting cars in 1985, before computers and other fast things.
