Here's a tip: If you don't like the exception the company offers you when *you* can't provide a valid receipt when doing a return/exchange, maybe you'd do well to keep all receipts or shop elsewhere.

If you want to return something without a receipt you can only return up to 80 dollars for the year and then no more. The people who work here are not very helpful at all everytime I come here.
