They are lacking in the Customer Service Department... 6 people at Member Services, and only 1 waiting on a long line of customers. The rest are just chit-chatting! Very poor service!

Gas tanks are "One Way", if you pull up the "wrong way" they WILL make you turn around, so ridiculous.
