A relaxing experience for sure! I would do it at least once a month if I was an Aachener. Clean and nice area and polite staff. It is a bit crowded on weekends.

Either bring a towel or hire one for €4. Bring both trunks and your birthday suit for the various sections.

Just go to the sauna-welt during off-peak hours (check the occupancy on the website) and you're on to a delight. Swimming at night outside, naked, is a marvel. (forget about the rude entry staff)

The water was great. Even the dood was great, we had the summer special of the day, minced beef, stir fried vegetables and a salad, very affordable and wel prepared.
