2016: the gym here is looking decidedly groggy & run down. Badly organised so doesn't make best use of limited space. Little ventilation in changing room. Place badly needs refurbished throughout.

£11 access fee off the street seems a bit steep for what is supposed to be a social enterprise for all. Better = not so good.

Great gym with spa area for steam and sauna. Changing rooms clean and have shower gel. £6 payasugym access. Bargain!

Take a pair of flip flops/thongs with you as the floor in the poolside changing rooms is revolting
