Try to avoid going early on Saturdays. There's little kids running around everywhere and rude moms that think it's ok to adjust their babies carriage in the middle of doorways and tight corridors.

Monday nights from 8-9:15pm two of the pool lanes are closed for a private class.

There's a 2nd workout room on the 2nd floor, towards the back - no free weights but many elliptical machines and treadmills with televisions. The locker rooms are nicer up there.

Yoga classes with Jessica Womack are the best. The room is full but not elbow-to-elbow, and her graceful, soft presence is an invitation to edge-finding work. Thankfully she leaves the room dark.
