This is a cool little museum, extremely informative for adults and hands on for the kids. Kids loved the animals and the 100+ yr old merry go round upstairs!

Remember coming here as a kid. Such a fun museum to visit. Not as great as one in a larger city. But great for Albany

Free. Great exhibits about all of NY. Powerful 9/11 exhibit. Only problem is galleries seem a bit disjointed and there isn't much of a flow thru the museum any longer. Makes it easy to miss things.
