No access to A27 Westbound without going 6 miles in opposite direction to come 6 miles back! Very limited facilities as well

It's ok. Very much in need of a revamp and it smells weird.There were hairs in the carpet too. I booked it as it was on my way from Chichester to Portsmouth, but have to go to Chichester to get back!

This place is enough to give anyone depression! A hotel next to a petrol next to a dual carriageway. Nice.
