The front lobby employees (Ken #3, Lauren) were fantastic. But the cleaning staff in the breakfast area were rude, the room was poorly maintained (missing tiles?!), a bug in our bed this morning...

This place is an absolute dump. Garbage, debris, and a dead roach outside our room door. Bug crawling in our bed in the morning while we were still in it. Dirty breakfast area. I’ll never come back.

Pillows are great. Breakfast is very good.
