I didn’t expect that this station is quite far from the village either, then take the 83 bus with others, with quite a long wait.

If you think this station is right in Èze Village, you're out of luck, but the 83 bus runs (somewhat infrequently) up to the village. If you have to wait for it, check out the beautiful beach!
