Great place to stay. Its quieter at the south end of the Prom. Also has a nice pool, Reminds us of what it was like at Seaside in the '50s.

The South Promenade begins here. Just a 20-minute, 1-mile walk North to the turnaround and all of the touristy crap on Broadway.
