Check in and checkout times are adhered to. WiFi is excellent and so if the view from the lounge on the 8th floor

even though we unconnect our phone, laptop can only be connected if their technician reset the connection. If we need extra device to connect, we will have to pay extra.

They allowed 2 devices to connect to WiFi per room only which causing problems as me and my roommate required internet access for our laptop
