Price - value is good. Location is good. Not too far away from grand canyon or petrified forrest. Staff is okay. Free breakfast is also good. Nice pool. Overall an okay stay.

Room was dirty / front office help was rude Female and I w8 out in hot sun till 3pm others got in at noon I booked through Priceline thats Y owner said. She is disabled / Room was ready at noon

Seems this place is newly renovated or in the process. Bathroom door needs an extra push to stay closed. Also the tv channels are not matching the guide. Other than that great staff and property.

Отличное место для туристического ночлега по пути в/с Гранд Каньона, чисто, тепло, хороший wifi, недорогая стиральная машинка, вкусный горячий завтрак(редкость для мотелей)

Place needs to be updated. Furniture old and scratched. Finger prints on TV and refrigerator on the day we checked in.
