Lock to our room door was broken. We had to interrupt our day, return to the hotel to pack and move our things to the next room. I thought it poor taste that there were no apologies, no room upgrade.

Nothing is good here. They don’t clean our room these days we are here. We are 4 people. Breakfast is really precarious. People is not nice or Polite.😣
