The staff are very friendly and helpful! Love the feel of the old hotel. Lobby has free waters and other goodies like cookies which is a nice little touch.

A good deal for Portland. Location a bit far from bars and restaurants. Nice & comfy, but as the building is old, it has its downsides. Our bathroom was across the hall in a separate (private) room.
